Our directory accepts website directory submissions for niche specific directories only. This means there must be an option for other websites to be included in your website directory. General websites are not accepted. All submissions are MANUALLY approved before going live. If your submission is inappropriate, it will be removed before anyone else sees it.

Directory submission requirements consist of:

• Your listing must be for a niche website directory. General directory listings, and other business listings are not allowed. Deep link niche directories are accepted, when that directory is part of a niche site - Category links for general directories do not qualify.
• Certain information fields are required. Submissions will not be accepted if they are not filled in - the form will let you know what those are.
• All submissions must be family friendly, and may not make any kind of reference to age, gender, religious, or racial prejudice or preference. Retirement communities may be promoted, without reference to age.

• Incorrect spelling/grammar errors
• Incorrect sentence structure
• Keyword stuffing
• Multiple article submissions on the same topic submitted at once
• Article sounds like an promotional ad
• Article contains content not promoted on Nichelister such as adult, gambling, weapons, alcohol or anything at the discretion of our website's owner
• Hyperlinks in the body of the article
• More than three hyperlinks in the Author Resource box
• 404 Page error during website review

All submitters agree to the following terms and conditions:

• The email address used to submit items to this site will be used to notify you of changes to the listing, or other information regarding site use.
• Abuse of our terms of use will result in removal of your account from our site, and removal of the listing.
• Any attempt by any user to use this site for purposes which are illegal, harmful to this site or to other legal entities, will result in legal prosecution.
• You certify that you have the legal right to post the items that you are submitting, and that you are not in violation of copyright laws or other intellectual property laws.
• We reserve the right to edit submissions for spelling, grammar, clarity, and accuracy.

The purpose of the site is to promote niche directories for marketing purposes, and listings which do not comply with those terms will be rejected. Advertising is available for other businesses.

We reserve the right to accept or deny any listing for any reason. We reserve the right to modify any listing to correct spelling or accuracy errors.
